While the general consensus indicates that Pay TV will eventually give way to streaming services, Amino’s customers are part of the fabric of their communities. We recently completed our 2nd annual Voice of the Customer Survey to better understand how they are navigating the ongoing changes.
We found some consistencies with last years inaugural survey. Content costs are still a big pain point for operators. Price is still important to subscribers. But what about OTT services? Are companies planing to turn off their linear TV services? What about Bring-your-own-device? Our findings reflect input from our global customer base, including operators who had turned off their legacy TV services.
