Milestone marks readiness for next-generation Android TV services

Cambridge, UK – 17 February 2026 – Amino, a global media technology provider delivering devices, software and cloud services that simplify and elevate video delivery, today announced the successful certification of its Amigo 7N Android TV Operator Tier set-top box for DELTA Fiber Nederland (DELTA).

The certification confirms that the Amigo 7N meets the required Google Android TV Operator Tier standards, as well as relevant premium content certification requirements, positioning DELTA to explore future Android TV-based service propositions as part of its ongoing platform evolution.

The project was delivered in close collaboration with DELTA and ecosystem partners including 24i and Stoneroos, demonstrating the strength of the long-standing partnership and shared technical expertise across the platform stack.

The Amigo 7N device was integrated with Amino’s Android middleware and firmware services to support secure operation, seamless backend integration and streamlined service management. Amino’s cloud-based service platform, Engage, provides operators with centralized and efficient device deployment and lifecycle management.
