The Five-Minute Fix That Prevents a Five-Day Investigation

Nobody chooses a media player because it has packet capture or Wi-Fi diagnostics. But when a screen goes black, those are the features everyone suddenly wishes they had.

The first question is almost always the same:

"Is it the player? The network? The CMS? The display? The stream?"

Finding the answer is often far more expensive than fixing the problem.

Engineers can inspect network traffic, analyse wireless performance, review connectivity tests and even view live playback statistics while watching the affected video stream.
