A preview Android 14 evaluation build will be made available to selected partners and customers ahead of the stable production release planned for Q2.

Application Compatibility
Android 14 introduces platform behaviour changes that may affect apps running on the device. Partners should verify compatibility across CMS, zero-screen, and customer applications.
Playback Validation
Decoder library updates in Android 14 mean thorough playback testing is strongly recommended across your typical codecs, protocols, and streaming workflows.
Upgrade & Rollback Planning
Rollback is supported back to Android 12 (25.6.2610.XR). Earlier Android versions are not supported, and factory reset is required after rollback.
